1. Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization, approvals, and claim submissions.
2. Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and required documents before procedures.
3. Assist patients with insurance-related queries and guide them on documentation
.4. Ensure timely submission of insurance claims and follow up on pending/denied claims.
5. Maintain accurate records of approvals, claims, and patient insurance details in the hospital software.6. Coordinate with billing, front office, and clinical teams for smooth insurance workflow.
7. Prepare daily/weekly insurance reports and share with department incharge.
8. Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and hospital policies.
