Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end joining and induction process at the plant as per HR Induction SOP.
  • Will ensure process adherence to joining formalities for batch of new joiners every week.
  • Deliver engaging induction presentations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
  • Support in new joiners’ reimbursement process i.e. Relocation, Medical, Notice pay, etc.

Qualification: MBA (Human Resources)
Experience: 2-5 years
