Role Overview

The Executive / Senior Executive HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes with a strong focus on onboarding, exit formalities, employee data management, and HRMS administration. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR transactions while supporting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Exit Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation, background verification coordination, and system access initiation
  • Manage employee exit formalities including resignation processing, clearances, documentation, and system updates
  • Ensure timely issuance of joining and exit-related letters as per policy

Employee Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS
  • Handle employee data changes such as personal details, role changes, location updates, and reporting structures
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with internal policies

HRMS Administration

  • Support HRMS transactions including employee lifecycle updates, data validations, and report generation
  • Coordinate with HRMS teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
  • Assist in periodic audits and data reconciliation activities

Operational Support & Compliance

  • Respond to employee queries related to HR operations within defined TATs
  • Support payroll inputs and validation by ensuring accurate employee master data
  • Assist in HR audits, MIS reporting, and process documentation
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar role

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in handling high-volume HR transactions
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and HR compliance
  • Proactive and service-oriented approach
