Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with project heads, site HR teams, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and agencies.
Conduct screening interviews, assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and final selections.
Negotiate offers, salaries, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker, MIS reports, and candidate database.
Ensure timely mobilization of manpower to project sites (labourers, engineers, supervisors, safety officers, etc.).
Support in developing employer branding initiatives and campus hiring plans.
Stay updated with labour market trends and competitor hiring strategies in the construction sector.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field (MBA HR preferred).
Recruitment experience in the construction / infrastructure / engineering industry.
Strong understanding of construction job roles (civil, mechanical, electrical, safety, quality, planning, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HR databases, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume hiring for multiple projects.
