Senior Executive - Foreign Accounting

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who can take ownership of core accounting tasks and help streamline financial operations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth month-end close, and compliance across the board. Success in this role means being able to balance hands-on accounting work with effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with clients to collect financial data, clarify queries, and review accounting treatments.
• Ensure all entries and reports comply with applicable accounting standards (US or Indian GAAP).
• Assist in improving existing processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and support internal or external audits as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce required; MBA (Finance) or CA drop-out preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software/tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and contribute to a team environment.
