Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, reconciling vendor statements, ensuring proper documentation and coding of expenses, assisting in month-end closing processes, maintaining accurate records and audit readiness, managing the Fixed Asset register, supporting process improvements in AP operations, and mentoring junior team members if applicable. Key Responsibilities: - Review, verify, and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively. - Ensure proper documentation and coding of expenses in accordance with company policies. - Assist in month-end closing processes, including preparing reports and schedules. - Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness. - Maintain Fixed Asset register. - Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in AP operations. - Mentor and guide junior team members, if applicable. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems). - Excellent Excel skills and general computer literacy. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,
