This job requires the candidate to: Focus on face-to-face sales presentations to introduce clients to IndiaMART's value-added services. Build new client relationships, earning trust and rapport for the individual and the company. Accountable for independently driving sales activities within the assigned region. Educational Qualifications: Any graduation ,or Any PG Job Responsibilities: To generate leads from a given database & identify decision makers within targeted leads, and initiate the sales process. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services. To set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to bring the sales pitch to time-bound closure. Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms. Adhere to processes and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan objectives in accordance with field sales activities. Skills Required: Acquisition Sales , Direct Sales , B2B Sales , Client Acquisition , Business Development Sales , Lead Generation Candidate Attributes: Quick thinking and problem-solving skills Active listening and understanding of the business contexts of clients Good verbal and written communication skills Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities that resonate with your customers. A preferred candidate should have: A laptop, android device and bike (with valid RC and DL) At least 12 months of relevant sales experience. (If only Graduate) MBA or any Equivalent Degree freshers can also apply (at least 60% throughout)
