Job Description

Manage hardware and software uptime for Express
Address Helpdesk tickets and IT inquiries raised in a timely manner
Onboard new employees with necessary access controls
Train employees on new technologies and systems
Document SOPs to handle software updates and hardware implementations
Study EXG process and come up with ideas, tools and suggestions to automate the processes.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
Ensure that IT responds to all helpdesk tickets in a timely fashion and resolves them per the SLA
Document SOPs, help manuals as well as other online resources to ensure users can self service
Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to management
Provide MIS reports to management on the progress of implementation as well as other technology metrics

Requirements

Education : Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Experience 2-4 + years of relevant experience in the field of IT (Software)
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
Behavioural Competencies: Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills: Must have strong application development /ERP back-ground. Familiarity with mySQL, advanced Excel, HRMS is preferable.
Desirable to have Logistics / transportation / ecom / supply chain domain functional knowledge
