JD Includes

Conducting inductions for candidates who join the company
Taking candidates through policies
Coordination with Ops and other internal stakeholders
Coordination with external stakeholders
Scanning of the joining forms to create digital files which will eventually be uploaded to the employee file
Cross checking of documents
Following up with the recruiters & documentation SPOCs to close insufficiencies
Following up with Ops for the attendance to create the EMP IDs
Creation of EMP IDs

Requirements

Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
Graduates with core experience in onboarding/ induction
