Job Description

Supervise and manage warehouse operations during the assigned shift.

Lead, guide, and monitor a team of ~20 warehouse associates to achieve daily targets.

Ensure proper handling, operation, and upkeep of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Oversee inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain stock records, transaction updates, and documentation in Excel and WMS/ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.

Prepare and circulate shift reports, performance updates, and exception reports through emails.

Coordinate with internal teams (transportation, customer service, production, etc.) for smooth operations.

Drive efficiency improvements and reduce delays/errors in processes.
