Job Description

Client Relationship Management:• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.• Understand client needs, goals, and expectations.• Manage client communication and correspondence.• Coordinate meetings and appointments. Project Management:• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.• Brainstorming on concept and design of the project along with the crossfunctional teams.• Pitch new ideas to the team.• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to ensure timelydelivery of projects.• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.• Assist in preparing, brief documents, deck, presentations and reports. Event Execution:• Support in on-ground event execution, including vendor coordination, sitevisits, and logistics.• Assist in managing event timelines and budgets.• Handle post-event follow-ups and evaluations. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree.• 3+ years of experience in client servicing in events industry.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Willingness to travel for events and site visits
