Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reviewing of maintenance log book, analysis of breakdowns, planning of pending activities and man power allocation
Root cause analysis for major breakdowns and planning for corrective action
Execution of breakdown calls and ensure completion of activities
Solving complex issues related to PLC, drives and control system
Ensure safety and work permits for flexi contract manpower
Discussing and updating status with IO on day to day activities & suggestion on decision making in critical issues
Continuous improvement activity to eliminate recurrence of problems
Execute calibration of measuring instruments as per schedule
Maintaining of documents and systems as per IATF 16949,IMS,Safety audit, Machine manuals & Control system Backups
Maintain critical machines MTTR & MTBF as per target
Maintain proper power & control system across plant
Safety for Man, Machine & Environment
Energy management & monthly report preparation

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 4~6 Years of experience in Electrical Maintenance background from a manufacturing industry and C license is preferable.
