Senior Executive

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both branch and head office roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.
  

2. Offer Generation & Negotiation

• Prepare compensation proposals aligned with internal parity and organizational budgets.
• Conduct offer negotiations to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company standards.
• Draft and issue offer letters, detailed CTC breakups, and employment agreements/contracts.
• Ensure timely offer rollouts and drive reduction in offer-to-joining dropouts through proactive engagement.
  

3. Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification checks.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, including induction sessions and system orientation.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of new joiner information in the HRMS platform.
  

4. Employee Management

• Maintain and regularly update employee records in HRMS.
  

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs across locations.
• Address employee concerns, coordinate grievance redressal, and escalate issues to HR leadership when needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in HR; experience in NBFC/HFC/Financial Services preferred.
