Senior Executive Team Lead Hub Operations

Roles and responsibilities

1. Hub Operations Management

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hub, including inbound (receiving), sorting, storage, and outbound (dispatch) operations.
Ensure smooth handling of shipments, minimizing delays, damage, or loss.
Coordinate vehicle loading/unloading and manage dock operations effectively.

2. Team Supervision & Leadership

Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, delivery personnel, and support staff.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure discipline and accountability.
Conduct daily briefings, assign work plans, and maintain high staff morale.

3. Productivity & Performance Monitoring

Track key operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy, and throughput.
Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
