Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels - 2W/3W
About The Role
The Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels - 2W/3W will be responsible for overseeing collections, recovery, and debt management activities for the two-wheeler (2W) and three-wheeler (3W) business segment. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, risk management, and effective collection strategies tailored to vehicle finance portfolios. Key Responsibilities

Manage and implement debt collection processes and recovery strategies for 2W/3W loan portfolios.

Monitor and analyze delinquent accounts, identifying high-risk customers and taking proactive measures to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective collection of overdue payments.

Negotiate repayment plans with customers in default, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and recovery rates to management.

Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the debt management cycle.

Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance collection efficiency and customer experience.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members and support staff as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in debt management, recovery, or collections within the vehicle finance or NBFC sector.

Strong knowledge of 2W/3W loan products, credit risk assessment, and collection methodologies.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant collection management software.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks governing debt recovery and collections.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location
As per company requirements. May involve travel to client sites or field locations. Compensation
