Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - The Wheels - 2W/3W
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive for our Debt Management Services team, specializing in The Wheels segment (2W/3W). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recovery and resolution of overdue accounts related to two-wheeler and three-wheeler loans. This role requires strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of collections processes within the automotive finance industry. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end collections and recovery processes for 2W/3W loan portfolios.

Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and losses.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for efficient resolution of outstanding debts.

Analyze portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements.

Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies related to debt management and customer interactions.

Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and ensure timely settlements.

Handle escalated cases and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

Maintain strong customer relationships while upholding company reputation and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in debt management, collections, or recovery, preferably in the automotive finance sector.

Strong knowledge of two-wheeler and three-wheeler loan products and industry practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant collections software.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
