Senior Executive - Data Research

As a Senior Executive in Data Research at our company, your role will involve a strong understanding of end-to-end primary research processes, including study design, questionnaire development, survey execution, and data validation. You should be able to interpret data and generate actionable insights aligned with business and brand strategy. Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, especially in real-time studies, will be essential. Exposure to shopper research and various study types like U&A, brand health, and concept testing will be beneficial. You must be skilled in developing and presenting topline summaries and insight decks customized for different stakeholders. Your effective communication skills will be crucial in engaging with clients and internal teams to align on research design, objectives, and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing custom research projects, analyzing raw datasets to identify key trends, and converting findings into clear, actionable insights. You will coordinate with field teams, tech teams, and clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely delivery of output. Adapting research tools to meet evolving project requirements, supporting proposal development, costing, feasibility checks, and project timelines are also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to translate client briefs into practical and efficient research designs and interpret business implications from the findings. To excel in this role, you should have 12 years of hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably in CPG/FMCG sectors. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data interpretation and presentation creation is required. Familiarity with analytical tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Power BI is an added advantage. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities are essential. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines effectively.
