Key Responsibilities: - Devise actionable strategies based on customer insights. - Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making through market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations. - Manage external agencies for the execution of research projects. - Identify the ideal methodology and provide oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all necessary information is generated to support business needs. - Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profile to share with senior management. - Utilize research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities. - Communicate analysis and recommendations through presentations and written reports. Qualifications: - MBA in Data Science or Data Analyst. - Graduate in Business Analyst or Data Researcher.
