Job summary
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our key customers, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Regularly conduct client meetings to review performance, introduce new products, and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Prepare regular forecasts, account plans, and business reviews to track progress against objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, design, and production) to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor development progress collaboratively with NPD-PM from Award through Launch Delivery.
  • Assist building RFQs /Costing/Price Adjustments /Development PO’s & invoicing.
  • Work closely with customer services, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support product innovation and process improvements.

About Albea & the Product line that is recruiting Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Baddi manufactures Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Markets & injection moulded components for Tubing & Cosmetic Packaging. It also has Assembly Capacities for Cosmetic Rigid Packaging. Main activities
  • Guarantees to maintain and grow the business, reach sales performance target on both volume and profitability and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee that Albea key performance factors, such as profit, new business, business retention rate, overdue, etc. are maintained and improved.
  • Closely follow-up project activities and pro-actively identify cost deviation & timely adjustment of forecasts.
  • Speed and effectiveness in addressing key account issues.

Profile (Experience & qualifications) Experience and education
  • Bachelor degree with 10Years + related experience
Knowledge/Technical Skills required
  • Strong ERP and data analytics background (data mining). Work with partners to work with the ERP systems interactively.
  • Proficient in the use of MS/Office products
Leadership skills
