ABOUT THE JOB:We are seeking a Senior Executive – CRM with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM to streamline processes, optimize automation, and enhance marketing funnel performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving workflows, and enabling sales & marketing teams with actionable insights.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and maintain Zoho CRM (modules, workflows, custom fields, dashboards).
  • Implement and optimize lead management processes and sales pipelines.
  • Support marketing funnel setup and track campaign performance.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with email marketing and other tools.
  • Generate reports and insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Train and assist internal teams in effective CRM usage.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM management (Zoho preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Exposure to marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to generate actionable insights from CRM data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to train teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Zoho CRM certification or marketing automation certification is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Comfortable managing CRM setup, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Curious about marketing technology and automation tools.
