Job Description

Job Overview:

We are hiring a committed and professional Executive / Senior Executive – CRM (Post Sales) to manage the entire customer lifecycle after booking. The ideal candidate should come with strong hands-on experience in the real estate sector, particularly in post-sales CRM, and must be capable of handling customer queries, documentation, coordination for payments, and possession with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end post-sales operations from booking to possession, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all customer communication post-booking.
  • Coordinate internally with departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects for timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage and monitor the generation and dispatch of allotment letters, demand letters, payment receipts, and possession documents.
  • Follow up with customers on payment dues and ensure timely collections as per the schedule.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly with all customer data and activity.
  • Support during site visits, handover inspections, and possession formalities.
  • Handle customer complaints/escalations post-sales with professionalism and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
  • Maintain MIS reports and share regular updates with the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in post-sales CRM within the real estate industry.
  • Technical: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
