Senior Executive-Corporate Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new corporate partners for internships, job placements, and learning initiatives.
• Conduct market research to generate potential partnership leads across industries.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and partnership expectations of companies.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups, engagement, and satisfaction of partner organizations.
• Schedule and conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Articulate program offerings, student profiles, and partnership benefits clearly and effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to customize solutions for corporate requirements.
• Work closely with the placement team to align corporate requirements with student profiles.
• Facilitate hiring drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Manage end-to-end communication between corporate partners and internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics like new partners added, hiring numbers, and partnership revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, client servicing, or placement coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building ability and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling corporate interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and corporate communication.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in EdTech, placement agencies, training institutes, or job portals.
• Exposure to campus hiring, corporate outreach, or HR coordination.

Pay: ₹13,835.97 - ₹42,109.90 per month
