Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Sr Executive - Community(Clubs) role with us,

Experience-  4 to 6 Years

Location-  Mumbai (WFH)

Please note that Initially for the first 2 months the work location will be in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the hands-on executive for three club chapters, ensuring operational excellence and engaging member experiences through the LENS program.
  • Design and deliver the club-level community management strategy tailored to chapter and member needs, aligning with the broader company's vision.
  • Plan and execute online and offline initiatives (events, learning series, socials) to drive regular and meaningful member engagement.
  • Leverage the LENS program to create opportunities for learning, networking, exposure, and support across clubs, aligning monthly programming with core themes.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with members, anticipate evolving needs, and proactively address barriers to engagement.
  • Collect and analyze engagement data to monitor club health, report key metrics, and refine strategies for higher impact.
  • Foster, lead, and mentor chapter teams, driving operational performance, high member satisfaction, and a strong sense of belonging within each club.
  • Drive business outcomes for the clubs, supporting membership growth, club profitability, and revenue targets.
  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders including members, partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality club experience.

Key Skills & Experience

  • At least 3+ years' experience in community building, customer engagement, client servicing, or operations, ideally in women-focused or leadership development organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling engaged communities, with a strong ability to anticipate and respond to member needs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and excellence in execution.
  • Experience managing teams and driving measurable business results as well as community impact.
  • Ability to analyze engagement data, optimize strategies, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with a passion for working with people.
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders across industries.
  • Demonstrated passion for womens leadership and professional advancement.

• Prior exposure to learning & development or member program design is a plus.
