Job Description

In your role as a Senior Executive - Client Servicing [Consultant] at Magnon, you will be a key player in managing and nurturing a global FMCG client. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to deliver advertising solutions, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance, managing budgets effectively, providing financial forecasts and reports, staying updated on industry trends, recommending innovative solutions, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and implementing retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals. - Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions. - Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure client needs are efficiently met. - Oversee end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards. - Monitor campaign performance, provide insights for optimization, manage client budgets effectively, and deliver value for the client's investment. - Provide financial forecasts and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights. - Recommend innovative advertising solutions and identify opportunities for account expansion. - Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in key account management within the advertising industry. - Prior experience managing global clients or brands with an understanding of international standards. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. - Successful track record in growing accounts in terms of revenue and scope of work. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.
