Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing, based in Pune. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between the clients and the internal teams. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, managing projects, addressing inquiries or concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role requires strategic collaboration with teams to achieve business goals and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience in managing client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• A customer-centric approach with proven expertise in achieving Customer Satisfaction and resolving client concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of Finance to manage budgets, invoices, and project-related financial elements.
• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an advertising or integrated communications setting is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
