Job Description

we're seeking an individual with CAAS experience that will work closely with the leader of our Client Accounting Services division in the firm s India office. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with small- to medium-sized businesses and collaborating with a team in order to provide a streamlined service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client engagements by preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Work with the client service team, responding to questions and providing timely, accurate information.
Formulate customized solutions for clients based on client data and goals.
Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Train and mentor associates and bookkeepers, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
Review reconciliations, bill payments, payrolls, and sales tax returns.
Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to proactively advise clients.
Optimize workflow processes by following best practices to maximize efficiency and reduce errors

Ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
3+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Sage Intacct & Xero experience, preferred
CPA, preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
