Job Title: Team Lead Telecalling & Doctor Relationship Management (Telemedicine)
Location: Chennai

Role Overview:
The Team Lead will oversee a team of telecallers responsible for managing doctor-patient interactions in a telemedicine environment. This role ensures smooth communication between patients and doctors, maintains service quality, and coordinates with doctors for contractual agreements and monthly invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Performance
1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telecallers to ensure high-quality patient engagement.
2. Monitor daily operations, call quality, and adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines.
3. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
Doctor-Patient Relationship Management
1. Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of telemedicine consultations.
2. Address escalations related to patient queries or doctor availability.
3. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with doctors and patients.
Coordination with Doctors
1. Manage monthly invoice collection and verification for doctor consultations.
2. Facilitate contract signing and renewal processes with doctors.
3. Maintain accurate records of agreements and payment status.
Reporting & Documentation
1. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance, patient satisfaction, and financial transactions.
2. Ensure compliance with telemedicine regulations and company policies.
