Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive - Call Center. The position is located in Faridabad. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, managing a team of call center agents, and ensuring excellent customer service. Tasks include handling escalated customer inquiries, monitoring and reporting on call center performance metrics, and implementing training and development programs for staff. Qualifications Experience in call center operations and management Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills Show more Show less
