Senior Executive

As a Sr Executive Contracts at B S R & Co. LLP, you will utilize your 2-4 years of post-qualification legal experience to handle a variety of responsibilities related to client/third party contracts. You will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring adherence to the firm's risk management policies. Your ability to work independently and pragmatically will be essential as you liaise with internal stakeholders, business teams, and senior management to address complex contractual issues in a timely manner. It will be imperative for you to demonstrate a keen understanding of contractual/legal concepts and provide necessary clarifications to senior management and business teams. In this role, you will be expected to operate under tight deadlines within the legal and risk framework of the firm. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you engage with clients/third parties on contractual matters and escalate critical issues internally. You will also be responsible for assessing risks in engagements and seeking support to ensure timely closure of contracts. Having a broad understanding of the firm's risk management policies and demonstrating integrity in all dealings will be key attributes of the successful candidate.
