Role & responsibilities : Job Title: Bid Support Manager Department: Business Development / Corporate Services Experience Required: 5-9 Years (preferred in Real Estate / Commercial Interiors / Consulting services) Job Overview: The Bid Support Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient bid workflows and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This role involves end-to-end proposal coordination, pre-sales support, documentation management, and preparation of impactful client presentations. The ideal candidate will be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bid Workflow Design & Management Develop, implement, and streamline bid support processes and workflows. Maintain a structured approach to manage multiple bids, ensuring compliance and quality. 2. Business Development & Strategic Sales Support Collaborate with the BD team to support strategic initiatives. Assist in identifying client needs and tailoring pitch strategies accordingly. 3. Proposal Management Coordinate responses to RFI, ITT, RFP, and EOIs. Collate technical and commercial inputs from various teams. Ensure submissions are aligned with organizational standards and client requirements. 4. Pre-Sales Process Support Prepare persuasive presentations and pre-sales documents. Assist in developing pitch plans and client engagement strategies with stakeholders. 5. Documentation & Data Repository Management Create and maintain a central repository of strategic account data and past bids. Regularly update templates and best practice documents for re-use. 6. Marketing Collateral Management Work with marketing and design teams to update pitch decks, brochures, and other collateral relevant to the Corporate Services team. Ensure brand consistency across all documentation. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in preparing high-quality technical documentation and proposal layouts Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Adobe Suite is a plus Deadline-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines Excellent command of written English
