Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office admin operations (housekeeping, security, stationery, pantry, facilities).
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Support employees with ID cards, seating, and other admin-related needs.
  • Maintain office records, contracts, and bills; ensure timely upload to Oracle.
  • Assist with events, office activities, and administrative tasks.
  • Source properties offices and coordinate until closure.
  • Travel as required across all Karnataka offices.

Requirements

  • Graduated in any discipline.
  • 23 years of experience in administration (freshers with strong skills and trainability can also apply).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to update MIS reports.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively & support the corporate office during jamboree or events.
