Role & responsibilities Front Desk Responsibilities : Uphold the organizational image. Operate a board system. Attend and transfer calls to concerned staff /dept. Receiving messages in absence of staff and conveying on time. Attend to visitors queries. Ensure that visitors are made to feel welcome and are attended to appropriately. Restricting unauthorized entry. Intimating the concerned staff/dept of the visitor. Ensuring safety of equipments/premises/documents of reception area. Ensuring that the reception area is not left unattended. It is responsibility of staff to place another person in his/her absence Ensuring that the couriers are received /dispatched and correctly accounted. Administrative Responsibilities : Assist with the coordination of functions, meetings etc. Marking of attendance register on a daily basis. Co-ordinating with staff and ensure that the register is signed by them. Recording movement of employees on the movement register. Ensure that the office area is clean and maintained. Managing the Board Rooms/ Meeting rooms Ordering Lunch for the guest as and when requested by the employees. Ordering Office Supplies on a monthly basis
