Senior Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Communications & Data Operations Executive to support the execution of CRM and WhatsApp campaigns while managing marketing performance data. This hybrid role combines communication strategy, campaign coordination, and data analysis to drive customer engagement and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and WhatsApp including copy coordination, scheduling, and tracking.
• Update and maintain daily reports on Revenue, Leads, Enrollments, and Consultation Completion.
• Track funnel-wise conversions and unit-level performance metrics.
• Manage campaign performance sheets and compile customer data for pharma mapping.
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, campaign execution, and payment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to ensure message consistency.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of exp in marketing communications and data analysis
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data handling.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
