Technical Skills

Deep experience managing Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Environments
Messaging Hygiene and Security experience, including MS Defender for threat protection, policies, and investigations
Experience in Mail tenant to tenant migrations / integrations
Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates
PowerShell Advanced
M365 administration: SPO, ODB, MS Teams, Power Platform, Copilot
PaaS services: Azure functions, App Services, Exchange components
Business skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong user and customer service background
Good understanding of Agile methodologies, quality processes, and best practices for maintaining information security
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly
