Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

About the Company:

Role Overview:

Senior Estimation Engineers / Quantity Surveyors

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review

  Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

  and

  cost estimates

  for Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical works.
• Perform and validate

  detailed quantity take-offs

  using project drawings and technical specifications.
• Develop

  rate analyses

  for materials, labor, plant, and equipment costs.
• Lead

  Pre-Bid / Post-Bid

  estimation processes and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure

  interdisciplinary coordination

  across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical trades.
• Support

  value engineering

  and

  cost optimization

  initiatives.
• Review and validate

  subcontractor quotations

  and

  vendor pricing

  .
• Maintain compliance with

  company estimation standards, quality procedures, and documentation protocols

  .

Proficiency in estimation and take-off tools such as:

• PlanSwift

  ,

  On-Screen Takeoff (OST)

  ,

  CostX

  ,

  ProEst

• Familiarity with

  Procore

  and

  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

  .
• Deep understanding of

  preconstruction

  ,

  tendering

  ,

  rate analysis

  , and

  cost modeling

  .

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  from a recognized university.
• Additional certifications in

  Quantity Surveying / Cost Estimation / Project Controls

  are an advantage.
