Senior Enterprise Service Management Engineer

• Requirement gathering for ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and Asset Discovery platform
• Design processes based on ITIL standards for ITSM, ITAM (incident, change, service
• request and problem)
• Define templates for foundation data
• Implement ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and Asset discovery, Data manager platform
• Integrate ITSM platform with SIEM, SSO and other platforms
• Integrate ITSM platform with SecOps, DevOps and SAP platforms
• Design and Execute Data migration from existing ITSM to new ITSM platform
• Design and Execute Data migration from existing CMDB to new platform
• Reconciliation of assets data discovered with existing asset management system

Desired candidate profile:

• Should have experience of 8+ years in enterprise service management solutions

• Should have ITIL certification

• -Should have led project implementation as tech lead

• Should have experience in Atlassian JSM implementation for ITSM, JSM Assets,

• Data Manager, OpsGenie with at least 6+ projects delivered
• Should have expertise on Atlassian data guard and SSO integration
• Should have expertise on Asset Discovery and management with platforms like
• Lansweeper and Device42 having delivered at least 3+ projects with 2000+
• assets

• Should have at least 2+ years of experience in systems for hardware asset

• management, software asset management, contract management, EOL/S

• management with platforms like Atlassian, Device42 or ServiceNow

• Should have experience in asset discovery of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and
• GCP/OCI
• Should have knowledge on integration of ITSM platforms with SecOps and DevOps
• tools, patch management tools and End point detection and response systems
