Role Overview: You will be joining NineHertz India as a Senior Engineering Manager in the Information Technology and Services industry. Your main responsibilities will include leading engineering teams, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will oversee systems architecture, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the engineering vision, strategy, and execution. - Lead planning for software development, testing, and integration. - Oversee the design and implementation of systems to solve complex business challenges. - Partner with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals. - Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams to achieve excellence. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and processes. - Research and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. - Communicate with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities. - Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering projects. - Assess and address the business impact of technical decisions. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or in a senior technical leadership role. - Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in engineering management. - Strong background in software architecture, development, and system design. - Exposure to project management and agile delivery methodologies. - In-depth understanding of coding languages and development frameworks. - Expertise in operating systems, databases, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
