Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Data & AI platforms and products. Build, mentor, and inspire diverse, high-performing engineering teams. Drive engineering excellence, setting high standards for architecture, quality, security, and scalability. Technology & Delivery Oversee the design and development of large-scale data pipelines, AI/ML systems, and intelligent applications. Partner with Data Science and Research teams to productize machine learning models. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality, balancing innovation with business needs. Drive adoption of modern data and AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. Collaboration & Influence Partner with Product, Research, and Business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives. Influence decision-making at the executive level by providing data- and AI-driven insights. Act as a thought leader for Data & AI initiatives within the organization and industry
