Senior Engineering Manager- AI

Must-Have Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering

2. Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector

databases, and query response optimization.

3. Experience with unstructured data

4. Knowledge of OCR techniques

5. Proficiency in FastAPI

6. Experience with containerized environments

7. Familiarity with financial documents

8. Experience with vector databases

9. Understanding of multimodal AI techniques

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with LLM fine-tuning

2. Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow

3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Academic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering,Bachelor’s or

master’s degree in Mathematics,Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics or related

quantitative fields

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement RAG pipelines, including support for multimodal inputs such as

text, tables, and images.

2. Build AI applications that process unstructured financial documents (e.g., PDF, Word,

scanned files) to extract insights, generate content, and enable Q&A.

3. Develop solutions that convert financial documents into structured regulatory formats

like XBRL/iXBRL.

4. Integrate LLMs into production systems using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

5. Use OCR techniques to extract information from scanned documents and embedded

images.

6. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver business aligned AI solutions.

7. Optimize model performance for scalability, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

8. Contribute to the architecture and design of AI systems and participate in technical

decision-making.

9. Keep up to date with advancements in AI/ML, especially in the areas of RAG,

multimodal processing, and LLMs.
