Job Description
Senior Engineer (Projects)to support in managing project execution that our customers have grown to rely on. The He/she will have a good understanding of the gas /chemical installations, sales process, excelling at generating recurring sales, building relationships with customers, partners and employees, closing deals, managing execution, with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and exhibiting at trade shows, they must be both personable and professional.
Objectives of this Role
· Represent our company’s products and services in India, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
· Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful execution of projects and securing recurring sales and customer retention.
· Generate leads and build relationships, planning and organising a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
· Develop and implement a project execution action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust project management techniques based on interactions and results in the field
· Secure the sales and project execution targets by preparing high quality and competitive technical and commercial proposals on time.
Responsibilities
· Analyse market opportunities and develop new customers for the company’s products and services in India.
· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
· Manage secured projects, including procurement, vendor payment, cash flow, overall project progress tracking, and employee benefits.
· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, prepare a project proposal and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
· Actively make social media content to promote company products and branding.
· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
· Ensure the proposal and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and without any safety and quality issues.
· Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required to secure projects/product sales.
· Coordinate with vendors, other employees, and partners to develop new products and services, offering turn-key solutions to customers. Ensure company quotas and standards are being met, perform market research, and regularly monitor competitors
· Ensure that all business activities comply with ISO and other company procedures, local regulatory requirements, and governance. Develop new company procedures and maintain the documents for ISO audits.
· Develop and manage other documents and requirements for the day-to-day operations, like RA, MOS, project quality, and execution plans.
· Meet company sales and project execution targets in India
· Any other jobs required to support the company's growth in India
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
