Senior Engineer

Job Description:
Tejas Globex Private Limited (TGPL) is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead engineering activities for Solar EPC projects. The role involves design review, technical coordination, site execution support, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and technical planning for Solar EPC projects
• Review and finalize electrical and structural designs, layouts, and drawings
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams
• Support tender engineering by providing technical inputs and BOQs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety norms
• Monitor site execution and resolve technical issues
• Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors as required

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Solar EPC systems and project execution
• Hands-on experience with electrical design, layout planning, and BOQ preparation
• Understanding of relevant IEC standards and safety regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation tools
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in Solar EPC / Electrical engineering projects

Qualification:

• B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Diploma holders with strong EPC experience may also be considered

Salary:

• Competitive, as per industry standards and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
