Senior Engineer / Tech Lead - AI development

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI and LLM-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and Deploy AI Models such as GPT, VAE, GANs, and LLMs.

· Build RAG Pipelines: Design and optimize pipelines for enhanced model performance

· Integrate AI Solutions: Build Python-based applications and APIs (using frameworks like FastAPI or Django) to integrate AI models into business solutions and existing enterprise systems.

· Manage Data: Design and maintain data pipelines for training and inference

· Optimize and Scale: Optimize AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency in cloud environments Azure / AWS/ GCP.

· Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of models

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

• Strong Python programming skills, with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
• Background in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with ML/LLM/GenAI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Lang Chain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
