Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in

  Primavera P6

  for Transmission & Distribution projects.
• Create, configure, and manage

  Primavera P6 dashboards

  for real-time project tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE) to gather project progress inputs.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths; highlight potential risks and deviations.
• Generate weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support resource planning, allocation, and forecasting through P6 tools.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project controls, and client requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on Primavera P6 scheduling and dashboard usage.
• Assist in claims, delays analysis, and recovery planning as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Project Management or related field.

• 4-8 years

  of experience in

  Transmission & Distribution (T&D)

  projects, with strong project planning and control exposure.
• Proven expertise in

  Primavera P6 (latest version)

  including dashboards, reporting, and advanced scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, Earned Value Management (EVM), and resource loading.
• Experience in managing

  large-scale EPC / Infrastructure / Power T&D projects

  preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI (added advantage), and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
