Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
3–7 years
As per industry standard
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the eastern region, particularly within the steel industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and EPCs.
• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the proposals team available in Mumbai office.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to understand customer needs.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Track market trends, competition activity, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution post order receipt.
• Sound understanding of rotating equipment, especially centrifugal fans, blowers, axial fans and related accessories.
• Experience in selling capital equipment or engineered solutions to process industries.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work on-site (within region) when required.
• Must have knowledge of steel customers and industrial landscape in eastern India.
Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the probation period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 6 months.
