Senior Engineer

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will apply your working knowledge of product design and assembly to enhance the manufacturing process. Your role will involve creating processes and procedures to assist the company in meeting budgetary goals and performance quotas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the creative team to design and develop new products and product mock-ups. Your active participation in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings will ensure effective collaboration and cohesion within the organization. You will also be tasked with establishing an efficient work sequence and devising innovative solutions to existing manufacturing challenges. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing standardized design criteria across all product lines.
