Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for quality management systems (Management representative). Maintaining and preparing documents according to requirements of IATF-16949:2016,
Preparing Inspection Report, Control plan, FMEA, PPAP Collection of SPC data by 100 % measuring the critical specifications. Implementing Kaizen, 5S and TPM activities on plants.
Responsible for Inward and outward quality inspection
Timely Calibration of lab equipments & process equipment’s.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools & Core quality tools PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA & SPC, 8D, etc.
To resolve the complaint of internal/external customers.
Strong knowledge of case carburizing, carbo Nitriding, gas Nitriding, heat treatment, Hardening, tempering, Shot blasting process.
Responsible for customer/ vendor/ statutory audits and closing of open points.
Preparation & maintaining process records as per IATF/CQI-9 standard
Handling complete laboratory functions.
Knowledge of Handling lab equipment like , metallurgical microscope, micro hardness tester & Rockwell/ Brinell hardness testers etc.
Understanding of customer’s technical specifications and requirements
Training and development of subordinates.
Lead the management projects over QMS and quality improvements.
Conducting Process & Product audits internally. Execute & Implement Internal audit as per IATF procedures.
Responsible for audit and quality performance of plants.
Implement and maintain the company ERP system.
Documenting the Company & departmental objectives.
Handling Customers & IATF audits and closing with all non-conformities.
