The candidate will oversee quality assurance activities, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect sheet metal processes and finished auto parts for quality compliance. Conduct fixture calibration, layout inspections, supplier audits, and incoming material inspections. Interpret engineering drawings accurately for inspection and quality control. Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and data analysis to ensure product quality. Coordinate with customers on quality requirements and audits. Manage and maintain quality documentation, including KPI data and quality system records. Support and participate in audits related to TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards. Utilize problem-solving techniques, implement Kaizen initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Work effectively with ERP systems for quality and production data tracking. Essential Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and inspection processes. Experience with ERP software and quality management systems. Familiarity with industry audits (TS 16949, ISO 14001, 45001, 50001). Expertise in quality tools such as MSA, SPC, and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
