Job Description

Requirements :

Qualification:
B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum Work experience of 2 years in the Purchase Department (Negotiating, Vendor Development, Inventory Management on ERP). (Relevant Experience in procurement of flanges, pipes, and industrial fans is preferred).
Good sense of aesthetics and neatness in inventory storage and arrangement.
Interest in Negotiations, Communication with Vendors, Vendor Development, and managing ERP Software.
Enthusiasm & energy, positive attitude, passion
Basic proficiency in writing grammatically correct emails and spoken English.
Self-motivated & confident, Pro-active, Enthusiastic & energetic, Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties & Responsibilities :

Material Management & Inventory :

1. Negotiating with Vendors, preparing RFQs, and Placing Purchase Orders through the ERP system.

2. Preparing BOMs on the ERP system

3. Preparing Manufacturing Orders on the ERP system and executing them to consume the inventory.

4. Inventory management

5. Creating and processing vendor bills on time.

6. Cost-optimum execution in the procurement process.

7. Warehouse Management
