Job Description

Requirements :

Qualification:
Minimum: Diploma / ITI / Graduate with experience in mechanical stores or fabrication industry
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing industrial stores, preferably with exposure to sheet metal, steel fabrication, and project-based environments
Good sense of aesthetics and neatness in inventory storage and arrangement.
Good organizing skills and efficient at logging inventory in ERP.
Enthusiasm & energy, positive attitude, passion, should be able to work independently
Basic proficiency in understanding English language and spoken English.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Material Management & Inventory :

1. Receive incoming materials and verify quantity & condition against delivery challans and purchase orders.

2. Coordinate with QC/Engineering teams for material inward inspections.

3. Maintain systematic records of inward and issued materials using digital tools (Excel / ERP / Inventory Software).

4. Organize and label the inventory to ensure quick identification and retrieval.

5. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.

6. Keep track of minimum stock levels and notify the Purchase team for reordering.

7. Assist in stock audits and reconciliation processes.

8. Maintain material traceability and lot-wise identification where applicable
