Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer - Product Design and Development, located in Gurgaon. The role involves leading the design and development of innovative products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring engineering solutions align with company standards and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing product specifications, preparing technical documentation, and overseeing prototyping and testing phases. The role will contribute to enhancing product performance and product quality while driving innovation within the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Product design, development, and innovation experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of testing protocols, quality standards, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Experience in product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
